Founder/Partner

Mr. Freeman is co- founder and Managing Partner of FHR Capital, LLC, a privately held real estate investment and advisory company.

MARK HARMELING

Founder/Partner

Prior to FHR Capital, Mark was a Managing Director of Colony Capital, Inc. and a cofounder of Colony Realty Partners, LLC.

BRIAN KAUKAS

Vice President of Portfolio Management

Mr. Kaukas joined FHR Capital, LLC in July of 2021 as Vice President of Portfolio Management and is responsible for strategic oversight of the FHR Portfolio including asset management, leasing, property management, financing, and dispositions.

DAVID KUREY

Vice President of Acquisitions

Mr. Kurey joined FHR Capital, LLC in October of 2019 as Vice President of Acquisitions and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions.

PATRICK HENDERSON

Acquisitions Analyst

Mr. Henderson joined FHR Capital, LLC in July of 2020 as an Acquisitions Analyst.
