Mr. Kaukas joined FHR Capital, LLC in July of 2021 as Vice President of Portfolio Management and is responsible for strategic oversight of the FHR Portfolio including asset management, leasing, property management, financing, and dispositions.
 
Prior to FHR Capital, Brian was responsible for portfolio management duties and served on the Investment Committee for the Crown Family Office in Chicago, IL. Brian helped manage a multi-billion dollar portfolio spanning nearly all property types including Industrial, Multifamily, Office, Retail, Hospitality, Self-Storage, and Life Sciences. Prior to joining Crown, Brian was an Associate Vice President at Colony Capital, Inc. on the portfolio management team. Brian was responsible for fund return projections, preparation of quarterly LP reporting, and quarterly valuations. Additionally, Brian led the disposition of various fund assets totaling nearly $650 million and 4.4 million square feet. Prior to joining Colony, Brian was an investment sales analyst for the New Jersey Cushman and Wakefield Capital Markets team.
 
Brian received a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
