FHRG Investments

FHRG Investments, LLC is a partnership between FHR Capital, LLC and Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investments team. The vehicle seeks to develop and acquire high-quality, well-located bulk distribution industrial properties in selected submarkets of major metropolitan areas across the United States.

Owners with upcoming debt expirations, liquidity issues, and portfolio allocation requirements face pressure to sell assets. FHR seeks to capitalize on the current market environment and acquire opportunistic/value add, institutional-quality assets at a meaningful discount to replacement cost by offering motivated and distressed sellers exit opportunities as well as speed and certainty of closing.
