DAVID KUREY

Mr. Kurey joined FHR Capital, LLC in October of 2019 as Vice President of Acquisitions and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions in various core markets within the US.

Prior to joining FHR Capital, David was with Colony Capital, Inc. as part of their core-plus fund platform. As an Associate Vice President on the Portfolio Management team, he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. David was responsible for over $250M of acquisitions as well as $1B of industrial and office dispositions.

David currently is a volunteer for Big Brother Big Sister and serves as a junior board member for the Boston-based non-profit Team IMPACT. 

David received a B.A. from Bates College.
