Tim Brauer is a Senior Advisor to FHR Capital, LLC.  Prior to joining the FHR Capital team, Mr. Brauer was with the James Campbell Company, a $5 billion private real estate investment and development company, where he served as President & CEO and Executive Vice President, Real Estate Investments.  He was a long-time client of Colony Capital and Colony Realty Partners.  Before Campbell, he was Managing Director at CBRE leading operations in Chicago and Milwaukee.  He was previously with the Estate of James Campbell where he held positions in asset management, marketing and leasing, and information technology.

 

Mr. Brauer is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Industrial and Office Park Development Council (IOPC – Red).  He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM).

 

Mr. Brauer received an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii - Manoa and a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
